The easiest way to get in touch is by sending us a message via our Instagram or Facebook page, or by emailing us at lunateepees.au@gmail.com with your preferred date and theme. We’ll respond within a few hours!
If you’d like to book a party, we will send you a booking form along with our Terms & Conditions for you to complete.
To confirm your booking, a $30 deposit is required to secure your date.
The earlier, the better! As we mainly operate on weekends, our availability fills up fast. Get in touch as soon as you have your date to secure your spot to ensure you don't miss out.
The setup time depends on the total number of teepees, but typically it takes between 1 to 2 hours to get everything ready. We make sure every detail is perfect!
To give you an idea of the space you'll need, each mattress, teepee, and bed tray table combo measures approximately 90cm wide by 220cm long. If space is a bit tight, the breakfast tray can be placed at the end of each bed to save room. If you're unsure whether your space is big enough, feel free to reach out to us with your room measurements. No space has stumped us yet—we love coming up with creative solutions to make sure every guest is comfortable and well taken care of!

While our teepees are not designed for outdoor use, they can definitely be set up in a dry, covered outdoor area.
If rescheduling due to illness, change of dates, family needs, etc. we will do our best to reschedule your event to a new date and any payments made will be applied towards your new party.
If you need to cancel your party, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule for any reason, we will do our best to accommodate you and apply any payments made towards your new event date.
The DIY setup option allows you to pick up all the sleepover items and set them up yourself at your chosen location. After the event, you’ll need to return everything within 48 hours to our location in Coorparoo.
Yes, there are terms and conditions that you'll need to be aware of. Before you make your secure deposit, we will send you a copy of our T&C for your review. On the day of pick-up, we’ll ask you to sign a contract confirming your acceptance of the rental agreement
Our price includes everything you need for the perfect sleepover experience, from cozy bedding to fun decor and bed tray tables. We have both DIY packages for a more hands-on experience, as well as Deluxe packages that include a wider range of decor items and added extras for an elevated celebration!
